ABOUT THE CLASS
The Doorsteps Homebuyer Class is a monthly 2-day evening class from 5:00-9:00 PM in Fargo, ND and serves Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, and surrounding areas. The agenda has been approved by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) and meets the requirement for first time homebuyers under their loan program. The Doorsteps Homebuyer Class can help you qualify for downpayment assistance, if that is the best loan program for you. North Dakota loan programs can grant up to $7500 in downpayment assistance.
