Formerly known as the F-M Homebuyer Class, the Doorsteps Homebuyer Class is a free two-day course offered in Fargo, North Dakota with the intent to educate first-time homebuyers on the purchase process. We encourage students to attend in-person if they are able, but virtual attendance is possible.

Topics covered include cost and budgeting, new construction and remodeling, contractors, financial assistance and reporting, purchasing and closing processes, and more.
